So, with the Super Bowl approaching, I figured I would share a simple but delicious chicken wing recipe we have been making in my family for years. We typically make these during the summer, when we have family over for a pool party and for the Super Bowl of course. My dad would typically grill them on the BBQ, but I am obviously lacking a BBQ in my New York apartment so I have resorted to other methods of cooking them.
I bought an indoor smokeless grill, which works pretty well but it is not the same as a true BBQ. I like to bake them in the oven and then finish them off in the broiler to make the skin crispy. I also recently bought an air fryer which makes the wings come out extra crispy but juicy at the same time. So, try whichever way you like or try them all and let me know what you think!
