In one bowl, combine your cold butter, white sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. In another, combine your cake flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Using a mixer, mix the wet ingredients first, then slowly add your dry ingredients. (You will notice that the mixture becomes thick and forms a cookie dough consistency once everything is incorporated. If you don’t have a stand mixer, you may have to mix it by hand towards the end.)
Measure out your pretzels and slightly crush them as you add them to your mix. Add your chocolate morsels to the mix and fold. Don’t beat!
Using a LARGE cookie dough scooper, scoop out the cookies and place them on a cookie sheet with about two inches in between each cookie. Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Remove and allow them to cool before eating!
