Cook Time: 30 minutes
Servings: 5 cups

Ingredients

  • 10 oz chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
  • 14 oz can of quartered artichoke hearts drained
  • 12 oz cream cheese room temperature
  • 3 cups of mozzarella
  • 1 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves diced
  • ¾ tsp of salt
  • ¼ tsp of black pepper

Instructions

  • Thaw and drain your frozen spinach as instructed by the package. It can be easily done in the microwave.
  • In the meantime, drain one can of quartered artichoke hearts and place in a bowl.
  • Add your thawed and drained chopped spinach afterwards.
  • Add two cups of mozzarella, the sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, chopped garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine all the ingredients together and store in the fridge until you are ready to cook.
  • Once ready to cook, preheat your oven to 350F. Place the spinach dip in an oven safe dish and top with the remaining cup of mozzarella. Cook in the oven for 20-30 minutes, until the cheese on top is melted and golden. Serve with tostito chips and enjoy!
