Cook Time: 20 minutes
Servings: 4 people

Ingredients

  • lb Seafood Mix of shrimp, scallops, mussles, clams, and/or calamari
  • 1 cup Onion diced
  • 4 cloves Garlic diced
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 28 oz Diced tomato from a can
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Red pepper flakes if you do not like spicy food, I recommend using ½ tsp
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • ½ lb Spaghetti
  • Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions

  • Fill a pot with water and bring to a boil. Make the pasta as directed by the instructions on the packaging.
  • Dice your onions and garlic. Heat up your olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the diced onions and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes, until the onions become soft and translucent.
  • Add the can of diced tomatoes, salt, red pepper flakes, oregano, black pepper, stir together and bring to a boil. Once boiling, add your seafood, reduce heat to medium and cover. Cook for about 4-5 minutes, until the seafood is cooked through. Turn off the stove after it’s done.
  • Drain the water from your pasta and combine it with the sauce. Stir together.
  • Enjoy
