Pre-heat the oven to 325°F.
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs, by slipping a knife or you can use your nail, right under the membrane and gently lift. One you have lifted enough that you can grasp it with two fingers, start peeling the membrane off.
Season the ribs with my Cuban seasoning, which the recipe can be found on the blog.
Wrap them in aluminum foil and place in the oven for two hours at 325F.
After the two hours, open the aluminum foil and slather on your favorite barbecue sauce.
Turn your broiler on and cook the ribs on each side for about 5-10 minutes, until the barbecue sauce starts to caramelize. Then, remove and serve!
