½cupof sweetened shredded coconutand some extra for the top

1tspof baking soda
1tspof vanilla
1eggroom temperature
½cupof buttermelted
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 325°F.
Peel and smash your bananas and add to a bowl. Add the egg, butter, brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir to combine. After, add the sweetened shredded coconut and 3 tablespoons of nutella to the mix and combine.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, baking powder, and baking soda together. Slowly add it to your banana mixture while continuously stirring.
Coat a bread pan with non-stick oil. Add the mixture to the pan. Add 2 tablespoons of nutella to the top and swirl it into the mixture with a knife. Top it off with some sweetened shredded coconut.
Place in the oven for 45 minutes. After 45 minutes, cover with aluminum foil, and cook for another 10 minutes, until a knife comes out clean.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
If you don't like coconut feel free to omit it from the recipe, it still comes out delicious. Trust me. I have made it both ways!
