  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • ¼ cup Water

Single Mojito

  • 1 Lime
  • 2-3 Twigs of mint
  • 4 oz Rum
  • 1 tbsp Simple syrup
  • Clube Soda

Instructions

Pitcher of Mojito

  • In the microwave or stove, heat up the sugar and water together to create the simply syrup. Heat until all the sugar is disolved. If doing it in the microwave, heat up in one minute intervals. If doing it over the stove, dissolve the sugar in medium/high heat for a few minutes.
  • Cut the edges and sides off of each lime, and cut in half. Place in a cup or shaker. Take the leaves off of two-three twigs of mint, and place inside the cup or shaker. Muddle the leaves and lime together to release all the juices. Place in a pitcher. Repeat this step with the remaining five limes.
  • Once all the mint leaves and limes are muddled and in the pitcher, add the rum, simple syrup (sugar and water), and club soda. Stir together. Add ice to cool it down. Serve and ejoy!
