With the stove on low/medium heat, combine the ingredients in a pot and stir till the chocolate is completely melted and dissolved. Bring to a boil and then turn off the heat. If there are still tiny specks of chocolate you can either use an emulsifier or place in a blender.
Serve along with churros and enjoy!
Notes
This makes really thick hot chocolate, but if you want to make it more watery, add another cup or two of milk.
