Red Cabbage
Chopped

Hass Avocado
diced

Corn
Fresh corn is best

Cilantro
chopped

Miracle whip

Salt
Instructions
In a bowl, combine the cabbage, corn, miracle whip, cilantro and salt. Mix.
Once mixed, lightly toss in the avocado. Don’t forget to lightly toss to prevent the avocado from being mashed.
Store in a refigerator prior to serving to keep cold.
