Churros

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Butter melted
  • Cups Flour
  • Cinnamon sugar

Instructions

  • Heat oil to 325F.
  • In a bowl combine all the ingredients and stir. Place picture into a pipping bag. If you don’t have a pipping bag, got the corner off a Ziploc bag. 
  • When the oil is hot squeeze a line of the mixture, through the pipping bag, into the oil and cut at the end with a scissor or knife. I typically make them the length of the frying container. Cook for 3-5 minutes, until golden brown. Be careful, sometimes they pop open and can splatter oil. 
  •  Remove from oil and place on a plate and sprinkle the cinnamon sugar on top.
