Ingredients

  • 8 oz of chorizo sliced
  • 2 tbsp of olive oil
  • 1 ½ cup of apple cider
  • 1 bay leaf

Instructions

  • Slice your chorizo into about ¼ inch slices.
  • Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, add your chorizo and sear for about 5 minutes, browning both sides.
  • After, add your apple cider and bay leaf and bring it to a boil. Once boiling, lower the heat to medium and allow it to simmer for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cider has become a syrup like consistency.
  • Serve and enjoy!
