Equipment

  • food processor

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Parsley chopped (about one bunch)
  • 1 cup Cilantro chopped (about one bunch)
  • 3/4 tsp Red pepper flakes add an extra 1/4-1/2 tsp if you like it spicier
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ¼ tsp Oregano
  • ¼ tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tbsp Lime
  • 2 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • ½ cup Light olive oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic

Instructions

  • Wash your parsley and cilantro. Chop into tiny pieces. Make sure that the 1 cup that you are packing is tightly packed. Place in a food processor. 
  • Add the salt, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, lime, and olive oil. Using a garlic press, add the two cloves of garlic. 
  • Pulse the food processor for about 1-2 minutes to combine all the ingredients.
