Mojito Popsicles Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3-4 twigs of mint with the leaves picked off
  • 4 tbsps of fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup of sugar
  • 1 ½ cup of club soda
  • ½ - 1 cup of rum depending on how strong you want them

Instructions

  • In a blender, add your mint leaf, sugar, rum, club soda, and lime. Blend until it's well incorporated. Pour the mix into your popsicle molds.
  • Place the molds in the freezer for at least 6 hours or overnight.
  • When ready to eat, run the molds over warm/hot water for a few seconds. Flip the molds upside down and gently pull the popsicles out.

Notes

If you are going to add strawberries, use about 1 cup of cut strawberries and decrease the sugar to 2 tbsps since the strawberries are sweet.
