Spray a muffin pan with nonstick oil.
Cut 24, 1x8-10 in. strips of parchment paper. Place two strips of parchment paper in an ‘X’ shape in each spot of the muffin pan. This will allow you to remove the pies when they are done easily.
Roll out your store bought pie crust (should be 2 in a box). Cut out 6, 4 in. circles from both pie crusts, giving you a total of 12 circles. With a rolling pin, roll each circle out to make it about 5-6 inches in diameter.
Place each circular pie crust into all the slots on the muffin pan. The parchment paper should be sticking out of the outer edges of each miniature pie.
Fill each pie with about ¼ cup of filling.
Remove the crumble from the freezer and crumble it in the bowl. Top each miniature pie with the crumble. Make sure to put a lot of crumble. You will have a lot of extra crumble and that’s okay.
