Generously season your churrasco with the Chimi rub and make sure to rub it in on both sides.
Heat up your grill and once hot, place the churrasco over medium-high heat.
Cook the meat on each side for 4 minutes.
Once done, take the churrasco off the grill and allow it to sit for a couple minutes before slicing it into strips or cubes.
Heat up your taco shells and place your churrasco inside and top it with red onions, queso fresco, and cilantro. Enjoy!!
